February 22nd 2025 - This camp is indoors at ESA. No cleats allowed, turf shoes only.

50 Player Maximum for Defense & Hitting. 25 each for Pitching & Catching. First come, first serve!

The camp will run from 12:00PM to 4:30PM, details below: (Be mindful of which sections you signed up for please)

• 12:00PM to 1:30PM: Defense (Infield and Outfield)

  • 11:30AM Arrival for check-in

  • Players can begin stretching. We expect everyone to be ready to go at 8AM, we will throw to warm up arms at 8AM.

  • Players will be broken up between IF/OF and separate drills will be run for each group.

• 1:30PM to 3:00PM: Hitting

  • 1:00PM Arrival for check-in

  • Players can begin stretching/taking swings at this time. We expect everyone to be ready to go at 1:30PM

  • Cages will be available to get some swings in before 1:30PM

  • Players will rotate through various stations in groups

• 3:00PM to 4:30PM: Pitcher/Catcher

  • 2:30PM Arrival for check-in

  • Players can begin stretching/warming up at this time. We expect everyone to be ready to go at 3PM

  • Pitchers will have an opportunity to showcase all of their pitchers and staff will gather the metrics.

  • Catchers will assist pitchers by catching for them. Additionally they will be run thru stations and metrics gathered such as pop time, etc.

• Camp will end promptly at 4:30PM
